Do you recognize the power of your attention?

The jewel of your attention is priceless. Its power lies in its infinite capacity to turn back toward itself -- and in that turning, reveal a pure reflection of the One who is looking.

Whose eyes do you see yourself through? The first response may seem obvious, but much of your suffering may come from an inherited version of yourself that does not reflect who you truly are.

Who is wanting your attention? What are you avoiding? What if what you long for most is found in the very place you have been avoiding?

Through Self-inquiry, guided meditation, and drawing on the wisdom and compassion of the Enneagram, we will explore the patterns of avoidance that pull your attention away from what is here. Then, notice: who are you when you stop?
