The Jewel of Your Attention

Do you recognize the value of your attention?

The jewel of your attention is priceless. Its treasure lies in its infinite capacity to reveal where life is asking to be met. And through the touch of seeing clearly, you realize what is truly needed and release what is no longer helpful.

What is wanting your attention? In what ways do you avoid that calling? What if the very thing you are avoiding holds what you long for most?

Through questions of Self-inquiry, guided meditation, and drawing on the wisdom of the Enneagram, we will explore the particular patterns of avoidance that draw your attention away from what is asking to be met, then notice what is here when you stop.

Participation is offered in two ways. You may register for a single gathering or for the full three months.

Note: While each gathering stands on its own, there is immeasurable benefit from giving your attention to a single inquiry over a sustained, uninterrupted period of time.

All meetings are recorded and available for one week following. Your registration is your agreement to be recorded.

Saturdays: Sep 5, Oct 10, Nov 7

Meeting times: 9:00 am - Noon PDT | 6:00 - 9:00 pm CEST (Amsterdam time)

$120 — Single Gathering

$325 — Full three months
